Extra Wide & Long by Nobel

Parquet

The Nobel oak flooring series is produced by Nobel Flooring with the utmost care and dedication, from the cutting of the tree to the final product. These top‑quality parquet floors are crafted in the colour, pattern and finish of your choice. The production process combines manual craftsmanship with mechanical precision. The selection and inspection of each parquet piece are done by hand, while sawing, sanding, colouring and protection are carried out with the accuracy of advanced machinery. The wood used in our parquet floors comes from sustainably managed forests in France.

Each board is unique

This means that the boards for your new floor have been selected by hand. They are then sorted according to the individual pattern of each board. This allows us to create a floor that ranges from boards without knots, with gentle colour tones and a clean surface, to boards with strong colour variations and a more pronounced pattern.

The wood

All the boards of your parquet floor come from one tree, or from several trees, depending on the quantity required. You truly receive everything the trunk of an oak tree has to offer. The French oak is sourced from sustainably managed forests, carrying the FSC label.

Wide planks

Because the boards come from a single tree, their widths naturally vary. The centre of the trunk gives us the wider boards, while the closer we move to the bark, the narrower the boards become. The result on your floor is a truly natural appearance.

Each board is unique. Clean, wide oak boards with minimal knots coexist with rustic boards featuring cracks and knots. Every day, you walk on one of the most beautiful wide‑plank wooden floors nature has to offer.
