ALL-IN-ONE SELF-LEVELLING SYSTEM

With Balance Pro Support, by Impertek 6 items are enough to satisfy every laying need. This innovative product, as a matter of fact, covers height from 25 to 1025 mm and, thanks to the revolutionary system “All in one”. The head can be used to automatically adjust the slope up to 5% or to be tightly locked for all the situations which require a greater stability, as for the perimetral laying of small-format tiles. By inserting a little ring close the head, tilting movement at the base of the slope self-adjustment system can be firmly blocked.

SELF-LEVELLING HEAD

Thanks to the revolutionary all-in-one system, the headpiece can be used to automatically adjust the slope up to 5%. With BalancePro, in fact, the concave and convex parts of the head and screw allow for self-levelling movement during installation, minimising slippage once the final flooring is installed.

How Balance Pro is composed?

Top Key

The TopKey facilitates installation by reducing the time required to adjust the support and, together with the self-levelling heads, allows the flatness of the floor to be set perfectly. For use with BalancePro and MiniPro supports, TopKey fits easily into joints (from 4 mm) between tiles. TopKey is manufactured from recyclable materials, which have been specially designed to give it a high resistance to twisting and corrosion. The main advantages of the Balance Pro are: automatic tilt adjustment up to 5% (with the possibility to reach up to 10% with tilt adjustment accessories), height adjustment from 25mm to 1025mm and adjustment from the top of the base with the very durable TOPKEY.

Twist Lock Ring

The twist lock-ring fixes the movement of the head necessary for the regulation from above with the Topkey, allowing the switch to the lateral- adjustment mode which is useful in the cases where an additional support is positioned at the centre of a large tile. It is therefore sufficient to insert the twist lock-ring in the special slot in the centre of the Balance Pro head to permit the adjustment of the support without having to remove the tile. The two rings can be used simultaneously

Fix Ring

The Fix Ring allows to anchor the tilt mechanism of the Balance Pro head making it completely fixed and increasing the stability of the flooring in the most complex installations (such as in the case of perimetral laying with very small tiles). To switch to the fixed-head mode, simply insert the ring into the special slot in the centre of the Balance Pro head.

Ring Nut

This innovative product covers heights from 25mm to 1025mm and the head can function as a tilt adjuster (up to 5%). The Ring Nut accessory locks the automatic slope corrector.
