Laminated Spruce

Timber Expertise

SPRUCE wood can be compared in most of its specifications with Premium Pine wood. It is a light wood, almost white, with obvious roses.

Specifications

It is found mainly in Northern and Eastern Europe and is the generally used wood in Europe. Its wood is softer and lighter than that of Premium Pine. Many times, these two woods are so similar to each other that they stand out only by the color of their roses: the roses of the pines are red while those of the fir are brown.

Laminated Spruce is considered more stable than the Pine and can comfortably support external structures such as pergolas.

Uses

Used in the construction of pergolas, roofs and cladding, in construction (boards, logs), and in furniture.
