LUNAR SUPPORT is the new range of highly
versatile supports which covers heights from 40 up to 420 mm, with only 3 articles.
Its innovative square base permits to save time during the installation phase; by occupying the same surface area of a round support, it eliminates the problem of cutting the base along the walls.
LUNAR SUPPORT range combines all
the features of Pedestal Line:
- Double adjustment (from above and lateral)
- Fixed head convertible into self-levelling thanks to a balance ring
- 20 mm and 80 mm extensions for easy laying and efficient storage
- EasyOn System for maximum compatibility with different surfaces
Tile & Decking
Thanks to the EasyOn System, the range of LUNAR SUPPORT is compatible with a single head to several floor finishes:
- ceramic tiles to stone slabs
- and decking laid on joists
LUNAR SUPPORT is available with a specific decking head, for the installation of wooden floors not compatible with Impertek joists. LUNAR SUPPORT decking is adjustable only laterally and it is characterized by a fixed head convertible into self-levelling thanks to a balance ring. Like all products in the Lunar Support family, this version covers heights from 40 to 420 mm, thanks to the addition of 20 and 80 mm extensions that can be overlapped up to a maximum of 3.
The 40 mm joists can simply be interlocked between the two tabs of the head without the need for fastening.
The joists ranging from 40 to 80 mm can be fastened laterally to the head by inserting screws into the slots of the tabs.
Balance Ring
Attached to the head, the balance
ring allows the support to be transformed from fixed to selflevelling, for an automatic slope correction up to 5%.
Extensions
PSL20 EXTENSION: 20 mm extension used to reduce the number of articles on construction site. Once clasped, the extension will result fixed and stable. Up to
PSL80 EXTENSION: 80 mm extension which allows the support to reach a maximum height of 420 mm. Up to 3 extensions can be overlapped.
Perimeter side clip kit
Without cutting the square base, the new perimeter clips clasp perfectly to the support, making the laying much easier and faster.
TOP ADJUSTMENT
The POCKET KEY is the key for adjusting supports from the top: it facilitates the installation of ceramic or gres porcelain tiles by reducing the adjustment times. Thanks to the POCKET KEY, the setting of the flatness can be perfectly executed even when the laying of the flooring is completed.
LATERAL ADJUSTMENT
The lateral adjustment allows the flatness of the support to be set even when the use of the POCKET KEY is not an option. Without extra accessories (e.g. blocks), it is possible to adjust the installation of the support millimeter by millimeter. Lateral adjustment is recommended in case of installation of decking laid on joists or when the support is located in the center of the tile.
